This website is owned by Project Abacus, LLC (hereinafter “we” or “us”) and this Privacy Notice (“Notice”) applies across the Better Bookkeeping platform, including all websites that we own and operate and all services we provide, including our internet-based accounting and financial services products, and any other apps or services we currently offer or may offer in the future (hereinafter “services”). By visiting and/or using this website, you are confirming that you agree to the Policy and your continued use of our site constitutes your continued acceptance of the terms in this Notice. Your use of this website and any information you contribute to or provide to us are potentially subject to this Notice.
Who we are
In this Notice, the use of the terms ‘we’ (or ‘our’ or ‘us’) means Abacus Labs, LLC and any subsidiaries controlled by (or under common control with) Abacus Labs, LLC. We are a Texas limited liability company based in Houston, Texas. We provide end to end tax and financial service for founders and soloprenuers based or doing business in the United States.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority. They will be able to advise you how to submit a complaint.

California law permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the types of personal information disclosed to those parties.
